You are welcome to drop into the office anytime during normal business hours of 8:30AM through 5:00PM, Monday-Friday. If you are unable to make it in we have free delivery service or can ship your smaller items by UPS or USPS.

How do I know if my insurance will cover the items that my doctor has requested for me ? |
We are contracted with many insurance carries. Our Customer Service Team can answer many of your questions about what is generally covered. It is always best for the customer to contact his/her own insurance plan and ask about covered benefits, as each plan is different. Remember that any quotes about benefits are never a guarantee of payment.

Medical Billing can be very difficult to understand if there is more than one insurance involved. You can call our dedicated billing number, 603-594-2563 and someone will be happy to assist you.

You are welcome to call the office to ask for prices. Our staff can easily look something up for you.

What is the return policy for items purchased at Granite State Mediquip ? |
There is a three-business day return policy for unwanted, unopened, items. Used bathroom equipment can never be returned (for sanitary/health reasons.) If the item is a special order, returns will be subject to a restocking fee set by the manufacturer/distributor.
